Currently I have several lenders looking at ground up construction projects, purchases, refinances and A&D's, all of these projects are LTC and appraisal driven, we do have a stated program where the borrowers must have a minimum credit score of 650 and the maximum loan amount that we're comfortable doing is $5,000,000.00.  We also have EB funds available if you have clients interested in that type of financing
