VERIFY REAL BROKERS/DIRECT LENDERS vs. CONSULTANTS THAT INCREASE FEES!!!

Dear Borrowers,

In many cases your deal was probably feasible, but due to all the "junk fees" or "garbage fees" from CONSULTANTS or MIDDLE MEN pretending to be A BROKER or DIRECT LENDER your deal died.

My extensive network of BROKERS and I are willing to, whenever possible, structure your loan as NO UPFRONT POINTS, AND DEPENDING ON LOAN AMOUNT NO FEES EITHER!!!

DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU LET ME REVIEW YOUR LOAN SCENARIO!  I will try and do it as a NO UPFRONT POINT LOAN, and if I can't do it I will try and find someone who can AT NO CHARGE!!
