• Loan Amount: $200,000 – $40,000,000+ •

Rates: 8.50% – 15.0%+

• Loan Charge: 1.50% – 5.0%

• Terms: 12, 18, 24, & 30 months as well as 5 years

• Amortization: Interest only

• Loan To Value: 70% max

• Security: 1st Mortgage
