I joined earlier today. I have a past client that texted me to ask about potential unsecured funding options. He is an investor but does not want to put a mortgage on any properties. Low six-figure income, credit score was 708 when I did his last real estate loan last Spring. He says it is about the same now. He is looking for $120,000 to pay off about $20,000 in revolving debt and use the remainder to put down on another investment property.

Anyone have a good unsecured loan option?

Please send a full Tri-Merge Credit Report to Milford@commercialmortgagecap.com and we can work on issuing a quote.

I have an unsecured funding source.
