TGA is always seeking commercial investors for portfolio review or problem files to cure. Not just consultation, we use the right direct investors for the right funding types. To submit to what you are given is most often less than accurate. We assist borrowers with process and documentation, while providing proper reports and possible JVs...  always global, thus always domestic, always commercial... and ever on the path. With new investors and new arrangements we can offer, TGA is set.

Never the less, we seek always more global private investors, currencies and properties; must be of legal means, free and  clear, and able to enter legally binding funding contracts.
