Know these facts about loans, it will go a long way to help you:

1. No investors or financier will give you a 100% financing with obviously no interest in it, ask yourself this...how do they make their gains?

2. No one gives away money online without first vying your project if it is credible, and i don't just mean your reports you send, there is always the underground work been done.

3. If they ask you to pay money to the company directly then know it's a SCAM. Most trustworthy people don't ask you for money upfront.

4. If your loan amount exceeds $10 million and your projections for gains be it annual, or biannual don't meet up the requirements they feel you need to pay back. You will not be funded. Beware of people saying the can fund everything on this planet.

5. There is no ''One deal fixes all'', it doesn't exist. All deals are different. If they say they can do it just one way, then it is a scam. 

I just don't want y'all to fall victim to these predators. I was recommended by a link to try out RCP PLC and i think so far apart from the loan companies here in US, they are one of the few good loan companies online, my last deal was rejected lol, they said i have exceeded the maximum number of applications in a year. Like the posting.  I don't know about Ragusa Capital if they are real or not, but I do know about many lenders that are and fund.  I work for Global Solutions, and we are a small boutique CRE brokerage backed by a network of lenders.  While we are not the 'check writers' we are an extension of our lenders, and we are very transparent in our dealings.
