We are seeking Developers needing Construction Funding for this type of project.

The developer must own the land.  Also have some kind of affiliation with the college

or university.  We have a investor that can provide 100 percent financing of hard and

soft construction costs.  At closing, all of the project capital is committed to ensure

avoiding the financing delays that are so prevalent today.  The funding budget

typically includes developer fees that will be advanced during construction.

$10 million to $500 million.
