Silent $$ partner needed.

I am looking for a silent $$ partner or investor. I'm offering 10% for a $50K investment. Currently I have $300K pending in commissions and potential for over $1M+ over the next year or I can offer a 20% ROI plus principle for a short term(6 months) investment. I'm flexible here so there is room to negotiate for someone that's real and real interested.

I own my own trading company, a S corp. Currently I am facilitating loans for a $1.3B commercial development up in the Bakken Oil fields. Funding for the first hotel project is pending, expect to close soon. I am also an associate with a global energy trading firm.

This is NOT an collateralized loan, you are investing in my company with pending and future projects that I am already working directly on. I am not looking for lenders so please don't waste my time sending me loan offers.
