I have a great deal that will have a 50% LTV after rehab.  It can be sold fast for a lower price.  I am looking for a $100k to purchase and rehab the property. I am looking to build a long term relationship with a lender. I am also willing to take on JV partners as well.  There are many projects here in San Antonio TX that are great deals. I have everything lined up just seeking a great lender/partner.
