This is an opportunity to get into the syndication business with a very experienced operator.

A small amount of investment capital will control 40 to 80 times your investment.  For example, under our business model,  $100,000 of working capital is sufficient to acquire a $4 million apartment project.

We work transparently, and you as our capital partner can visit and examine any property we target.   You'll have veto power over any deal we do.
