Terra Companies have been developing Urban income producing properties for the last twelve years and are now seeking an equity partner to capitalize on undervalued and value added opportunities in income properties for the next 3-10 years.

The ideal fit will be an investor or investment manager that can ear mark between $5-$10 Million for the purpose of acquiring, developing and managing a portfolio of Multi-family and mixed-use properties.  Returns are expected to be between 11-13% IRR over the course of the loan period though higher, short term returns are also available.
