The ideal fit will be an investor or investment manager that can ear mark between $5-$10 Million for the purpose of acquiring, developing and managing a portfolio of Multi-family and mixed-use properties. Returns are expected to be between 11-13% IRR over the course of the loan period though higher, short term returns are also available.
