Seeking Investor for SFR Lots in Florida

I am seeking an investor willing to invest in single family residential lots with a high earning potential. Most of these lots sold previously for 400K to over 500K. The current listing price for the lots vary from 68K to <200K. The building activity in the subdivision has increased three-fold this year over the previous 2+ years. All lots are waterfront with access to open water and have water and sewer. The lots are builder ready and have homes built either next to them or one lot between homes.
