Dear Investors,

My client as a Business Development director for a company he is developing a project in Morocco (North Africa) , Healthcare City that consists of a prime hospital, a residential complex and a boutique hotel.

Actually, the project is under construction and we are looking for a major investor to help us carry this development. Pls consider in your investment model.

 

They are willing to offer 50% shares of the development against Euro 25 million, the investment will have 10% rent on a yearly basis for 15 years.

I want some urgent reply.
