Seeking funding for privately run sports complex in Ottawa Canada

$25M sports facility housing 2 ice rinks, indoor soccer, fitness centre, restaurant in a growing and emerging area of the nation's capital Ottawa.

Demand for more ice and turf times are through the roof and our local government has not budgeted to add more facilities for at least 10 yrs. so I've taken it upon myself to do it.

Feasibility study complete
Business Plan complete
Land acquired

Just need the funding in order to secure a design/build firm so I can get a shovel in the ground in 12-18 mths.

Willing to consider ALL options.
