We have been successful real estate investors since 2007.

We specialize in rehabbing and flipping properties, and because of that:

  • We already have established relationships with our contractors
    • We act as the project manager and schedule the work
  • We also have a real estate brokerage that we use to acquire and then sell properties
  • Up until now, we have self-funded projects and done them serially

A new relationship with a National operator of mobile home parks is about to launch that has two models:

  • Single wide homes owned by the operator
    • We provide a quote to rehab, they pay us to do the work
  • Double wide homes owned by the operator
    • We purchase from them for $ 1.00
    • We rehab at our expense
    • We give the completed property back to them as a listing for their internal sales staff
      • They sell it for us at "market price"

Currently we are inspecting and doing rehab estimates on the first fourteen homes.
The first three are single wides.

We need a Business Line of Credit for around $ 40K - $60K to be able to do more than one simultaneously, as well as being able to fund the rehabs and continue working while their staff sells the ones we purchase for $ 1.00. Obviously... these are where our focus is, and where the profit lies.

Thank you...
