Currently we are inspecting and doing rehab estimates on the first fourteen homes.
The first three are single wides.
We need a Business Line of Credit for around $ 40K - $60K to be able to do more than one simultaneously, as well as being able to fund the rehabs and continue working while their staff sells the ones we purchase for $ 1.00. Obviously... these are where our focus is, and where the profit lies.
