Fremantle Short Stay Accommodation proposes to purchase 4 of the best B&B's in the 19th Century tourist city of Fremantle in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.

These B&B's are first class luxury accommodation and average 75% - 80% occupancy year round.

With exceptional cash flow and low overheads, these properties represent a fantastic return.

I would welcome an investor willing to commit 20% equity in return 20% return on gross profit plus repayment of the 20% equity with interest over a prescribed period.
