Please do not fall victim to Ronald Lee Wilson. He is pretending to be the owner of 3233 Rowena Ave. a property in Durham. He’ll offer you an irresistibly low price, but he is always in a hurry to “sell” and you have to put down earnest money in cash. He will STEAL your cash. He can’t sell you the house as he simply DOES NOT OWN IT. He only has lifetime rights to live in the property. INVESTOR BEWARE!!!!

The scam is simple: he claims to sell the property for a very low price but asks for CASH as earnest money. He keeps the earnest money and has no intention of selling you the house – which he couldn’t do if he wanted to, because he does not own it. Mr. Wilson has been convicted a number of times for his scams but he continues to do it and trap innocent buyers who fall prey to his lying claims.
