Our program is very simple , you can feel comfortable investing in a program secured by Real Estate Notes (Commercial 55% LTV or Purchase Price) and (Residential 65% LTV or Purchase Price). If we can not create a Win-Win Scenario. Most loans are 6- 18 months for fix/flip or fix/hold strategies with investors earning 8-12% returns. If you are a Investor that feels more comfortable:
