Riviera Nayarit Hotel/Timeshare Project (Puerto Vallarta)
We are currently completing Phase 1 of a new 140 room hotel/timeshare resort on the beautiful Riviera Nayarit 20 minutes from the Puerto Vallart International Airport. We are looking for $16Million USD to allow us to ramp up construction of the remaining phases and enable us to hit our targeted sales goals for 2014.

The developer is one of the largest construction and development companies in Western Mexico with federal, state, and private residential and resort projects currently underway.
We are open to hard money or debt financing but no JVs.

have private money and debt financing available. Please email me your
