Looking for funding for a residential non-owner occupied property. Looking to purchased/rehab and resell. Looking for approximately 520,000 which would cover purchase and rehab. ARV is about $850k. This is a sweet deal.  I am an experienced investor with fix/flip properties as well as buy and hold properties. Currenty am finishing a fix/flip deal now as well.
