Rehab loan needed for western PA. need to use ARV for value

I am trying to refinance 2 duplexes owned by my corporation.  I need $60,000.- for both ARV is $105,000.- so the ltv would be less than 60%.  credit is 561 and rising.  The corporation also owns Oil & gas rights in western PA. that could be used as additional collateral.  Also looking to use the oil & gas rights for a line of credit for $500,000.- to  buy other commercial properties.  Please respond to [e-mail]
