Real Estate Line of Credit

  • Finance amount 75K-50 million plus
  • Asset Class: SFR, MFR, Condo, Townhouses
  • Up to 85% LTC
  • 6-24 months term
  • Revolving credit line begins at 3 million 
  • Nationwide lending and foreign nationals are eligible
Process:
  1. You introduce me to your client
  2. I will learn about their project and provide them with a link for application directly to the lender
  3. Your client with having a dedicated relationship manager  originate the Loan
  4. Your client's deal will go to underwriting and I will facilitate the paperwork, etc (They will be the in-house team who will guide them through the process)
  5. Closing: Once approved, the loan can close.
