I'm the new guy here, but it seems like there are only 2 types of people that have posted ads offering financial assistance on this site.  The first is the moronic scammer who wants you to send him $10,000 and he will "wire the funds instantly at 1% interest for 60 years!" and those that are only interested in investing in the US.  Why limit yourself to the US?  There are a lot more opportunities for strong investing out CONUS that offer substantial returns and are completely safe and legitimate.  Plus, there are numerous tax benefits to investing offshore.  Any investment anywhere is not without risk, but if you are serious about wanting to put your money into a project that is guaranteed to provide you with returns, please feel free to contact me.  If you think that I'm going to send you money up front while I wait for you to send me funds, please don't bother wasting your time.  Instead, come have a face to face meeting with me and we can discuss the terms of the agreement.  Thanks and I'll leave a light on for you.
