The factory area of more than 5 hectares.
Along with the factory has 100 hectares of vineyards.
From this crop can get 7-8 thousand tons of grapes a year.

In the factory has all the equipment and materials except filling line.
The plant has a 100% absolute cognac alcohol of 20-35 years old and worth more than US$100 M.

NOTE: Armenian cognac is highly regarded throughout the world.
It with a French cognac ranked first or second place in world.

Please write your options if you can sell or buy at a your bargain price.

URGENT!!

The decision plant sale was made in June of this year.
The owner is willing to sell 30 - 35% below the appraised price.

Please reply only real buyers or investors.
