Since we have been around for 35+ years, our execution is very efficient. Usually we can close a loan in a week. If need be, we can have the loan documents prepared in two days.

We service over 450 loans, close and fund all loans. Our firm can lend up to $3.0mm any one property; which will meet the majority of borrower's credit needs.

The loan terms and conditions depend on the property.

Typically, the terms range from 9-15% with terms 1,3,5 or 10 years
