• Acquisition of Notes, REO's and distressed assets (we will also lend on note purchases as well as distressed assets)
• Markets- North East, South East, Mid Atlantic, Texas
• Size- $4M to $30M on any one deal
• Bridge Terms no longer than 3 years
• Mezz Terms can go co-terminous for 5 years
• Land and Construction
• Continental USA only
They now lend Nationwide. Our minimum loan amount for the West Coast is $8-10million.
We also can float properties that are going into HUD financing.
