I acquire SFH/Commercial assets at or below 65% ARV, minimum ARV of $200K, commercial assets at or above 10% cap rate.. Presently, I have a property at below 65% ARV to include rehab costs which I want to acquire, with an ARV of $417,000, and only $50,000 in rehab costs. I am more than willing to share in yields with a JV situation, if a loan situation is not an option. Is anyone interested in doing business?
