I am with Mercury Capital. We are direct hard money lenders located in Rockville Centre, NY.

We offer two programs, the first is hard money at 12% and 4 points. The term is usually one or two years, interest only. Our loans range from $500K to $5MM and close in three weeks. We extend our loans on a wide range of properties. Our dislikes include flips, single purpose properties (amusement parks, etc.). Clean, brand name, gas stations may be considered. Multifamily, retail (strip malls and stand alone), office hospitality are all fine.

The second program is for a better quality profile, but not yey bank ready. This program is at 9% with 2 or 3 points. These deals take longer to close.

In all cases brokers are protected.
