We are very excited to use our years of experience as both owners and lenders of commercial real estate according to Jack Miller, who is leading the effort on the companies preferred equity and recapitalization’s of stable mature real estate partnerships. We are interested in all regions of the county, as well all property types, retail, office, credit tenant, industrial, multifamily as well as self-storage and hospitality. We are either long or short term investors and can customize the terms to meet the existing ownership’s goals.
