I have a portfolio of performing seller financed notes, all originated, underwritten and serviced by a nationally licensed mortgage company. I am looking to leverage our portfolio to 60-70% of the Unpaid Principal Balance. Starting loan amount would be $1M with intention to grow to $20M.
