Developer must be experienced and bring some equity to the scenario which can include land and monies spent YTD.
Municipal project equity can include land owned, grants, contributions such as installing roads or other infrastructure, low priced leases and revenue sharing or other incentives, etc.
Minimum amounts are $10mm with the typical amounts being around $20mm to $100mm. Higher amounts for very large projects are ok. We can handle $1bn or so for stadium funding and similar large projects.
