Our current real estate business has been notified that our non profit for supporting affordable housing has been approved as of April of this year and we are seeking 1-3 additional funding partners to work with us on acquisitions of Single family homes, Condo/Townhome's, multi family and small apartments.
Our non profit is a broad based entity which will allow us more flexibility then just focusing on Section 8 housing - We will support veterans, students, elderly, etc.... in finding quality housing in safe communities within the North & South Carolina areas.
Purpose: We find, build, repair and provide safe, well maintained housing that best fits a client’s needs at a fair price.
Mission Statement: To provide quality, affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families while developing and promoting self-sufficiency, community revitalization and a legacy of hope for the future.
We would prefer to work with individuals or organizations that have a similar mindset and are willing to be flexible with their lending programs for a non profit. Please reach out if you have interest in learning more or would like to send requirements/details of your program.
Thank You - We look forward to connecting with you!

Hello Helen - I am sorry it has been so long for this rely....
I am not on REF very often but I thought I did have it set up to alert me when someone responded.
We would be happy to discuss what you have to offer - right now our non profit for affordable housing is looking to increase our purchases of single family/multi family/small apartments and perhaps buildable lots for our programs for veterans, students, elderly, etc....
Thank you Helen and please feel free to reach me at the following:
