Jamie:  I like your program, however, your program requires 20% as a down payment.  Can a free & clear property be cross collateralized in lue of the 20% down payment if there is enough equity in the property being cross collateralized?

Hi Byron,  I can't cross collateralize but I can do a cash out refi on the free and clear property and use it for the down payment.  My LTV is 75% with an 80% CLTV.  The seller can hold 5%.  My contact number is 954-328-5697.  Thanks!!

Jamie:  What is your email address?  What is the interest rate range and points required, and upfront fees  on a loan against a free & clear property at a 80% CLTV assuming a credit score of 681 at Credit Karma?

Remember this is a NON bank stated income loan designed for self-employed and “slightly-un bankable” borrowers. Best rates are for multi-family, mixed use and 1-4 units at max 75 LTV (700 credit, loan amount over $750K is low 8%’s.) Highest rate is for anything other than multi-family and small loan amounts with credit 699 and under would be just under 10%.  Points are 2%.

ALL LOANS ARE 30 YEAR FULLY AMORTIZING = LOW MONTHLY PAYMENTS!
