You will receive References and other information that you need to do your own due diligence on the Lender prior to making any decision, or paying any money.

The Sinking Fund:

➢ Essentially doubles your loan request amount, so that half is given to you, and half put into a sinking fund that will grow, over 10 years, to then pay back the entire loan amount
