financing choices to pick from: Conventional, Hard Money and Private

need: Short- term capital, for credit-challenged investors, who own a
property free and clear, and who need under $100,000 for less than 90
days.

True, this type of situation does not arise every day. However, for a
REIer who needs a modest amount of money, for a limited period of
