-6 to 12 month terms(no PPP)

-NO DSCR requirement, vacant properties are fine

-Rates start at 7% and can go as high as 18%

-500 credit minimum

-No BKs inside of 3 years, no foreclosures inside of 2 years

-Pricing is determined on experience, LTV and the more properties
they own or have owned (NOO 1 to 4s only), the better the rate.
