Need IRA Non-Recourse loan lenders

I need a good source to refer IRA non-recourse loans to.  Average loan amount is $45,000. (some more, some less).

Need sources who will loan in the Midwest on rehabbed and rented N/O/O properties.  Must be willing to use most recent (rehabbed) value.  The boiler-plate answers like NASB, IRAlending.com etc. have already been tried.  I'm looking for more local, portfolio or private equity sources.
