- 30 yr amortization on multi-family, 25 yr on commercial
- 680 min FICO score
- LTV on multi-family 80%, commercial 75%
Bridge
- up to 65%LTV
- case by case basis

Since it's all in-house we have a lot of flexibility on deals we want to fund, if you have a deal outside of the above parameters but still think it's solid run it by me, all deals are on a case-by-case basis.
