Greetings Real Estate Investors, Lenders And Project Funders,

We hope all is well.

Our company is seeking Real Estate Investment Capital from Ten Million United States Dollars ($10,000,000) to Three Hundred Fifty Million United States Dollars ($350,000,000) to fund the purchase of Real Estate Investments for our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations.

The investment term will be from One (1) Calendar Year to Ten (10) Consecutive Calendar Years.

We are looking to do a Joint Venture (JV) Project Funding Equity Partnership.

The Equity Share will be 70/30 of the "Net" Project Funding Amount AFTER and ABOVE Sixty-Five Percent (65%) of the Project Funding Amount to be set aside for Project Funding Repayment Insurance. 

The Project Funding Request is Financially Engineered so that the Principal Financial Investment will be wired directly to the Major Insurance Company being used to financially insure 100% of the Investor's Principal Financial Investment. 

Should a Private Money Investor (PMI) prefer a straight loan scenario, the maximum Annual Loan Interest Rate being offered is Fifteen Percent (15%).

The maximum Loan To Value (LTV) would be Sixty-Five (65%) of the actual Real Estate Investment's Purchase Price.

Preliminary Real Estate Investment Portfolio of Real Estate Investments in California, Texas, and Florida is available upon request.

100% OF ALL FUNDING COSTS AND FEES MUST BE DEDUCTED AT THE TIME OF FUNDING.

We can assist based on the requirements of the client. Our sources do provide equity facilities but this is in a combination of debt and equity only. In addition, there has to be an actual project, ready for development/construction in order for our sources to get involved. They will not provide an open line of credit.
