Our company is pursuing development in Napa, California. We are currently the managing developer on a 51 unit mixed use project that will break ground this Fall in downtown Napa. This project requires approx. $21.5 million in construction financing.

We are also seeking investment in a new and exciting project. The project will be developed on a highly coveted 7.08-acre piece along the river in downtown Napa. The project is expected to produce $156 million in revenues, $50.5 million in profits and provide a 41.8% IRR to investors. There is an opportunity to invest approx. $18 million in equity and $68 in total construction financing ($26 million maximum outstanding).
