I'm a REI investing in Florida.

I have a contract for a SFH in Fort Pierce, Florida.  The purchase price is 37,200$ and the ARV is 48,000$.  The rent is 850$ and renters pay electricity and water.  The taxes are 827$ and insurances 850$.  The cash flow should be about 350$/mo.

I will buy many others properties for renting.

My credit is excellent ( 768 with Equifax)

I'm waiting for your answer.

Thank

Jacques Adam
