Looking to purchase a Mixed-use laundromat/ 2 family building in Queens NY ASKING price is 700K. Could probably be purchased for 650K.

Owner operated and can be fully rented by closing. Please if there are any LEGIT lenders that believe they can help or any JV investors, debt/equity, profit share anything I'm willing to work with you. I am a hard worker and I know I can make this work. I have decent credit after maybe 1 year I can refi out with SBA. As of now no financials are offered with the business but estimated NOI on building is 100K annually.
