Mid term financing for buy and hold

I have several properties in short term financing I have decided to keep as rentals or sell with owner financing. Lots of short term money available, but I'm having trouble finding longer term programs based on LTV only. Wrappable would be a plus but not essential. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
