We are a small group of experienced investors and real estate professionals looking for funding - partners/JV to fund the purchase and rehab for re-sale or hold of MF properties in specific areas of Miami-Dade county, Florida.

Funds would cover acquisition and rehab of property. Rehab may be cosmetic or extensive (gut-jobs). Completed projects may be held or resold. We seek opportunities to add value and reposition property in order to increase rents and improve tenant quality.

Property types may be residential (2-4 units) or commercial (5+ units), multi-family structures.

Team already in place includes experienced investors, real estate agents and other industry professionals, architects, contractors, etc.

Investments in sub-market that is well known and actively pursued by the team.

POF to include with LOI will be important during acquisition. Please consider whether you will be able to provide this.
