What we do is align ourselves up with an already income-producing business. Which typically have five years of positive history and a motivated seller.
You have no liability of ownership in a low risk profitable business venture. Your credit position on the loan will be INSURED & BONDED.
You will receive a closing bonus simply for being a partner (Approximately $25,000 - $50,000).
You will receive a 10% passive monthly income from the gross income (Approximately $1,500 - $5,000).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
1. 720 FICO SCORES WITH ALL THREE BUREAUS.
2. NO MORE THAN TWO INQUIRIES PER BUREAU IN THE LAST 90 DAYS.
3. 30% AND BELOW DEBT TO CREDIT RATIO.
