We are  in escrow for a half acre lot with views of Mt Tam and Richards bay in Mill Valley.   Have done due diligence and need bridge funding to acquire lot. Or interested party to complete entire project. Profit anticipated at $1,200,000.  Project should be completed in 12 months. 

We have over 30 years experience in building luxury homes in Northern California.

We also have a project in escrow in Sonoma for 4 homes.  Design review has been completed and project is estimated to be 15 months. Need funding for acquisition, and construction.
