These cash partners are not taking on the risk of funding projects directly; we ask them to fund the financing requirement and the low risk refundable items at a much smaller level. Simply put... we ask them to spend relatively small, low risk dollars that get the large projects funded and thereby receive the leverage of the large project funding.
