Looking for Take-Out Financing for Large Seasoned SFR Rental Pool

I am looking for a take-out loan against our free and clear $8M+ seasoned SFR rental pool located in MD & IN. Terms of what we are looking for are;

- Non-Recourse

- Min 65% LTV

- Rates 4-6% range

- Min term 5 years, int only or 25 yr am

Use of funds will be to take out some of our equity and use the rest to rehab hundreds of additional properties we own free and clear to build our rental portfolio. As the portfolio grows additional take-out loans will be needed.

Also looking for a rehab LOC starting at $2M and growing to $10M over time.
