Looking for success stories: funding for buy and hold?

I'm looking for a relationship with lending sources to be my partner to grow my buy and hold portfolio.  I need funds for 5 yrs and longer depending but at a max interest rate of 9%.  Rentals work best if the funds are under 8%.

Hi Mark, Does your org have a website.  A secure personal information pre-qual form submission page?A page showing or investor loan rates etc?

Hi folks, I just got a loan app from Mark Luke.  He asks for my mother's maiden name, date of birth, drivers license and other suspicious info like it's a scam for identity theft.   This site needs to clean up the lenders posting here.  I should say lenders posing here.
